How it works
From one sentence to a whole week of content
Plan it, write it, make the picture, send it, and learn what worked. No prompt-writing, no complicated setup.
- 1
Tell us about your business once
Your business name, what you sell, who buys it, your city, your tone, your language, the words you like and the words you never want used. You do this once. Everything after this is written from it, and you can edit it any time.
- 2
Say what is happening this week
One sentence is enough — “New summer stock has arrived, I want more store visits.” No prompts to learn and no marketing words to get right. If you would rather make one thing at a time, the individual tools are all there too.
- 3
Get the whole campaign written for you
A Reel script, carousel copy, an Instagram caption, a Facebook post, a LinkedIn post if you sell to other businesses, Story ideas and a day-by-day plan — all saying the same thing. Edit anything on the spot, make it shorter or friendlier or switch it to Hinglish, then copy it straight out.
- 4
See exactly how to make the picture
Every campaign comes with the shot to take, where the words sit on the image, the look and light, and the exact size. You still make it in Canva or on your phone — but you never open a blank canvas wondering what to put on it.
- 5
Send it on WhatsApp, in order
Not four loose messages. A sequence: the Status the day your Reel goes up, the message to your customers, the follow-up two days later for whoever went quiet, and the reply ready for whoever answers. That third one is what usually brings the enquiry, and it is the one nobody remembers to send.

Tell us how it went
After you post, fifteen seconds: how many people asked about it, how many bought. That is all. Once a few posts have results, ContentMitra leans towards whatever is actually bringing you customers — not whatever looks good on a dashboard.
What ContentMitra does not do
It does not design the picture for you, and it does not post to your accounts. You make the image — in Canva, in any design app, or straight from your phone gallery — using the brief we give you, and you press post yourself. That is the right way round: it is your shop, your photos and your account.
