Legal
Terms of Use
This is the policy we operate by, last updated 10 August 2026. It has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. If anything here is unclear or looks wrong to you, please write to support@contentmitra.in and we will answer and fix it.
Who operates this service
ContentMitra is operated by Nehaa Pachisiya (sole proprietorship), Kolkata, West Bengal 700015, India. For any question or complaint, write to support@contentmitra.in.
Using ContentMitra
ContentMitra helps you create social-media content. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it. The service is meant for businesses, and you need to be 18 or older to use it. You can reach us any time at support@contentmitra.in, including with a complaint.
Your content
You own the brand details and content you create. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
Plans and usage
Paid plans run for 30 days from the day you pay. Every plan, free and paid, includes a limit on how much content you can create in that period — a Campaign Pack and a single caption each count as one piece. When the 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan automatically, and your saved content and business profile are kept. Current limits are shown on the pricing page and may be updated over time.
Payments
Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees and processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no recurring mandate on your card or UPI — a plan continues only when you choose to pay again, so there is nothing you need to cancel. The price you see is the full price: we are not currently registered for GST, so no tax is added at checkout. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
What we can and cannot promise
We work hard to keep ContentMitra available and useful, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any piece of generated content will perform well commercially. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what you publish. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and closing an account
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully, to harass or mislead people, or in a way that threatens the service for others. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Accuracy
Generated content is a starting point. Always check facts, offers and prices before posting.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use means you accept the current terms. If a change materially affects what you have paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
