Refund and Cancellation Policy
This is the policy we operate by, last updated 10 August 2026. It has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. If anything here is unclear or looks wrong to you, please write to support@contentmitra.in and we will answer and fix it.
Who operates this service
ContentMitra is operated by Nehaa Pachisiya (sole proprietorship), Kolkata, West Bengal 700015, India. For any question or complaint, write to support@contentmitra.in.
What you are paying for
ContentMitra sells 30-day plans that raise how much content you can create and unlock additional tools. You pay once, for one 30-day period. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay — we are not currently registered for GST, so no tax is added at checkout. Current paid plans are ContentMitra (₹299/month), Growth (₹499/month), Pro (₹999/month).
There is nothing to cancel
We never charge you automatically. There is no recurring mandate on your card or your UPI, so no money can be taken from your account without you choosing to pay again. A plan simply runs for 30 days and then stops.
When your 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan on its own. Nothing you have created is deleted — your saved content and your business profile stay exactly as they are. If you want to stop before then, you do not need to do anything at all; just do not pay again. You can see the exact date your plan ends under Subscription in your dashboard, and we tell you inside the app a week before it does.
Refunds
Changed your mind? If you have created 5 or fewer pieces of content and contact us within 7 days of paying, we will refund you in full — no questions asked. That is more than the whole Free plan gives you, so you have had a proper look at what the paid plan does before deciding. You can check your own count on the Usage section of your dashboard.
Separately, and with no time limit or usage condition, we will refund you in full if you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service was unavailable for a sustained period during your paid month.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Razorpay, and typically reach your account within 5–10 working days.
What is not usually refunded
Once you are past the change-of-mind window above — more than 5 pieces created, or more than 7 days since payment — content you have already created is not refundable, since it has been produced and delivered to you. Dissatisfaction with the wording or style of generated content is not by itself grounds for a refund — generated content is a starting point that you are expected to review and edit.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your plan is left unchanged and nothing is charged. If money left your account but your plan did not change within a few minutes, do not pay again — contact us with the date and amount and we will trace the payment and either activate your plan or refund it.
How to reach us
Email support@contentmitra.in with your registered email address, the payment date and the amount. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
